Frequently Asked Questions
Once we send out your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number via email. You can then proceed to track your order via Australia Post.
Provided that the order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend your order.
Please submit an enquiry immediately if you have any changes and we will do our best to assist. Unfortunately we cannot accept changes to your order once it has been dispatched.
Please note that Tasnim’s Collection currently only ships within Australia. We are looking to open international orders soon.
