How long does it take to receive my items?
Please note that Tasnim’s Collection currently only ships within Australia. We are looking to open international orders soon.
Standard shipping: Usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. To check approximate delivery times please visit the Australia post website here.
Express shipping: Express Australia Post Parcel. You will receive your items the next business day if you place your order before 12pm AWST and if you are in the Australia post express network. To see if you are in the network please check here. If placed after 12pm, you will receive your order the day after.
Please note delivery times above begin once your order has been dispatched. While we aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are placed, there may be short delays in busy periods. Express shipping orders are dispatched the same day they are placed (if placed before 12pm on a business day). Please note, if Express orders are placed on a weekend, they will be dispatched the following business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all Australian orders over $150. For domestic orders under $150, a standard flat rate of $11.99 applies. For express domestic shipping, there is a flat rate of $18.99.
How do I know my order went through?
You will know that your order has been successfully processed once you receive a confirmation email with an order confirmation number. If you do not receive this email, there may have been a problem with your order. Please contact us if you are experiencing issues with ordering.
How do I know my order has been dispatched?
Once we send out your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number via email. You can then proceed to track your order here.
Once I have placed my order, can I make any changes?
Provided that the order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend your order. Please contact us immediately if you have any changes and we will do our best to assist. Unfortunately we cannot accept changes to your order once it has been dispatched.
Is there a delay during busy periods?
Often during Sales, Ramadan and Eid, your order might be slightly delayed by a few days. however we will endeavour to get all orders out as soon as possible. At times, there are also glitches with Australia Post’s eParcel server which may cause unexpected delays.
